- Establishments catering to adult entertainment, including gentleman's clubs, topless bars, and strip clubs.
Certain legal services
- Law firms soliciting funds for reasons other than the payment of legal service fees
- Attorneys specializing in bankruptcy cases.

- Utilizing Rex products with falsified, manipulated, inaccurate, or deceptive information concerning your identity, business entity, business nature, and any other details requested by Rex (you are required to promptly notify us of any modifications to your personal and business information).
- Utilization of Rex products to facilitate transactions on behalf of undisclosed merchants or for products/services that were not disclosed in the merchant's RexPayments account application.
- Usage of Rex intellectual property without prior written consent from RexPayments; utilization of the RexPayments name or logo, including the application of RexPayments trade or service marks, in a manner that causes harm to RexPayments brand; engaging in any action that falsely suggests endorsement by or affiliation with Us.
